WatchGuard Named to Inc. 5000 List for Fifth Consecutive Year; Law Enforcement In-Car and Body Camera Manufacturer Among Fastest-Growing Companies in America

August 26, 2019

August 26, 2019 (Allen, Texas) – WatchGuard Video, the leading provider of mobile video solutions for law enforcement, today announced that it has been recognized on Inc. Magazine’s 35th annual Inc. 5000 for the fifth consecutive year, an achievement reached by only four percent of companies according to Inc.

“We’re thrilled to be ranked on this prestigious list for the fifth consecutive year,” said Robert Vanman, founder and CEO of WatchGuard. “Our continuing success is directly attributable to the commitment and passion our employees demonstrate each day in serving our customers and innovating new products that protect the integrity and livelihood of officers.”

The 2019 Inc. 5000 rankings were based on a three-year revenue growth rate. In 2018, WatchGuard posted net revenues of $107.5 million, and based on the Inc. 5000 methodology, had a three-year growth rate of 84.7%.

“Key drivers to our growth continue to be our fully integrated and synchronized in-car and body-worn camera system and the flexibility we offer agencies for management and storage of their evidence,” explained Vanman.

The integrated system enables the WatchGuard 4RE® HD Panoramic in-car system and one or more VISTA Wi-Fi enabled body-worn cameras to work together seamlessly as a single system, capturing synchronized video of an incident from multiple vantage points. WatchGuard’s Evidence Library evidence management suite allows agencies the option of managing, storing and sharing evidence in the cloud, on-premise or on a dedicated PC, aligning technology to policies, not the other way around.
