Dedicated to Serving

WatchGuard is a company founded on Christian principles and our leadership team views their role as one to serve our fellow employees, our vendors, our customers, and to serve those in need outside of our organization.

Some of WatchGuard’s employees and equity holders are using a percentage of their salaries, equity and distributions to sponsor a national water well program in Burundi, Africa (one of the poorest countries in the world). The WatchGuard Water Project consists of at least 2,000 deep water wells to serve the rural public, with the goal of providing clean water to the entire rural population of Burundi by 2025.

Most WatchGuard employees view their work as much more significant than just providing money for their families. At WatchGuard, we enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that our systems help improve relations between communities and police, our products help protect the careers of the great police officers that protect us, and through our financial success we are providing life-sustaining clean water to the poorest of the poor.
