Dedicated to Serving

WatchGuard Video is a God-guided company founded on Christian principles. The company seeks to achieve excellence in all areas and the management staff is encouraged to manage their teams by modeling servant-based leadership. A full 25% of company profits are distributed to Christian charities, and this money is currently funding the only national water well program in Burundi, Africa (one of the poorest countries in the world), consisting of at least 750 deep water wells to serve the rural public.

Most WatchGuard employees view their work as much more significant than just providing money for their families. At WatchGuard, we enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that our systems help improve relations between communities and police, our products help protect the careers of the great police officers that protect us, and we are privileged to provide life sustaining clean water to the poorest of the poor.
