Although our company maintains an organizational hierarchy where individuals report to and follow Leadership direction, the primary responsibility of managers is to serve and support those who report to them. Therefore, the hierarchy at WatchGuard Video is in place to facilitate an environment where we strive to serve those to whom we have responsibility over. We believe this builds respect, loyalty, and the desire to reciprocate in kind, which ultimately empowers our company to be more effective at serving our customers.

The Leadership of WatchGuard Video shall maintain an “Open Door” policy where all employees are welcomed and encouraged to discuss questions or ideas with Leadership. Although some ideas may not be implemented, we will never discourage ideas and suggestions as those closest to problems are most likely to have the best ideas for solving those problems.
Everyone at WatchGuard Video is encouraged to take ownership and personal pride in their tasks and become an active participant within the company. Each employee is considered part of our family and will receive rewards as the company succeeds. WatchGuard Video shares 10% of our company earnings equally with all employees, regardless of their positions within the company. This solidifies the understanding that everything we do will have an impact on the company, and it is important (and rewarding) to ensure we all perform our tasks in a manner that improves the company and our earnings.
